3.3 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless j1999 approves an alternative channel in writing. All withdrawals require KYC verification to be complete before processing.
3.4 Payment Method Matching. j1999 applies a payment method matching policy — funds deposited via JazzCash must be withdrawn to the same JazzCash account; funds deposited via HBL must be withdrawn to the same HBL account number. 3.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. j1999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.
4.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on j1999 are subject to acceptance at the Platform's discretion. j1999 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bets are confirmed only when the Platform issues a bet confirmation reference number.
4.2 Odds & Pricing. Odds displayed on j1999 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time. j1999 is not liable for bet placements made at incorrect or outdated odds due to latency, connectivity issues, or user device delays.
4.3 Palpable Errors. Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, odds significantly above the true market price due to a system error or data feed failure — j1999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. This applies to cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other markets.
4.4 Casino Game Rules. 4.5 Technical Malfunction. 5.1 Bonus Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered at the multiplier stated in the promotion before they can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100%, while baccarat and other table games may contribute a lower percentage. Exact contribution rates are stated per promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. j1999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, employing low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements, or withdrawing bonus funds prior to meeting wagering obligations. The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond j1999's reasonable control. j1999 shall not be liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
8.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j1999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their j1999 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. j1999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from use of or inability to use the j1999 platform, even if j1999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.4 Third-Party Services. j1999 uses third-party payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan, Alfalah, and others) and game software providers. j1999 is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures attributable to these third-party services.
9.1 j1999's Rights. j1999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if j1999 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (c) the player has provided false identity information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of j1999 or other players.
9.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, j1999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, outstanding balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
9.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting j1999 support. Accounts under active investigation or with pending withdrawals may not be closed until those matters are resolved.
10.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to j1999's operating jurisdiction. Players accessing j1999 from Pakistan acknowledge this governing law provision.
10.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a player and j1999, the player should first contact j1999 support to seek resolution. j1999 will use reasonable efforts to resolve genuine disputes within 14 business days of receiving full documentation of the complaint.
10.3 Server Records. In any dispute regarding game outcomes, bet results, or transaction history, j1999's server records shall be the definitive and final source of truth. j1999's server logs take precedence over any client-side display, screenshot, or user memory of events.
11.1 Right to Amend. j1999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (including formatting corrections and clarifications) may take effect immediately.
11.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the j1999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your j1999 account before the amendment takes effect.
